Profit before income tax. Include your own salary in fixed costs if you want to see the shop's real result.
Results are estimates for planning. Taxes and local rules are not included.
Revenue is not profit
A full book does not guarantee a healthy shop. Products, card fees and fixed costs take a bite of every appointment. Profit is what is left after all of them.
How the calculation works
Contribution per appointment = price − products − fees. Profit per appointment = contribution − fixed costs ÷ appointments. Break-even = fixed costs ÷ contribution.
- Raise the average ticket with combos and add-ons
- Cut product waste and negotiate with suppliers
- Fill empty slots to spread fixed costs
Check it every month
Run the numbers monthly with real data. Barberky shows revenue and appointments per month, which are the two numbers this calculator needs.
