One app for the schedule, the clients and the money

Barberky covers the daily routine of a barber or a small barbershop, from the first booking to the monthly revenue.

Features

Everything the front desk does, without the front desk

Four screens run your day: the schedule, your clients, your price list and your numbers.

Day, week or month view. Pick the client, the services and the time — Barberky warns you when a slot is taken and suggests the next free ones.

Phone, notes, preferences and full visit history. Message on WhatsApp or call straight from the profile.

Haircut, beard trim, hot towel shave, kids cut. Set the price and duration once and every booking adds up the total.

Revenue, number of appointments and best-selling services by month and year. Hide the values with one tap when a client is looking.

A notification before each appointment, so you are never caught off guard.

Export your data to a file and restore it on a new phone. Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint. Light or dark, it follows your phone.

Day, week and month views: Switch views to see a busy afternoon or plan the whole month.
Suggested free slots: When a time is taken, the app shows the next free times for that duration.
Several services per booking: Haircut plus beard in one appointment, with total price and end time added up.
Optional discount: Turn on a discount for a loyal client without changing your price list.
Payment method: Note whether the client paid in cash, card or transfer.
WhatsApp and phone shortcuts: Confirm or reschedule with one tap from the appointment or client profile.
Hide values: Hide money amounts on screen when someone is looking over your shoulder.
Any currency: Choose the currency for prices and reports, wherever you work.
30+ languages: The app follows the language of your phone, or the one you pick.
